This was my third real estate transaction with Dave and I could not be happier. Anytime someone asks me about selling or buying property I give them Dave's contact information. What sets Dave apart from other agents is his knowledge of not only the real estate market, but the construction and maintenance side of ownership as well.
I highly recommend Dave! He was professional from start to finish and was always there to answer any questions I had. He sold our house quickly and the negotiation was easy. He is extremely personable and truly a pleasure to work with. I would use him again in a second if I need a realtor!

Highly recommended! Within the last 8 years, we have now bought two homes, and sold one home, with Dave. We have also referred Dave to several friends and colleagues, who have been very pleased with his expertise and service. In buying a new home, Dave helped us to understand the local market (which can vary a lot from one town to the next), to visit a variety of houses to learn what we really wanted in a home, to compare and understand what upkeep and repairs would likely be needed as we considered different homes, and in the end to be a strong advocate in negotiating the best price for the home we purchased. Throughout it all, he was patient, highly responsive, respected our budget constraints, and was a pleasure to spend time with. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, but rather felt like he was our guide along the way to buying the right house for our family. Dave was also very helpful in preparing, pricing, showing and successfully selling our old home too. He was really helpful at navigating different bidders, the final inspection process and negotiations, all the way through to the closing. Buying and selling a home is a big financial and life decision - and we trusted him completely throughout the process.
Dave provided us peace of mind in purchasing our new home. He's very knowledgeable of not only the process but also the market the area he works out of but also areas he doesn't generally handle. He's able to answer whatever questions or concerns you may have on a house or location and he looks out for your best interest which we feel is the most important thing when entering into one of the biggest purchases in most people's lives. Buying a foreclosure is a stressful process. Dave was very experienced and assisted with every step of the process. He knew the market, was very knowledgeable about the buying and bank approval process and even helped expedite Township inspections. I would highly recommend him.

I was a first time home buyer. When I contacted Dave for my house search, I was very apprehensive of buying property in the area as the houses available in the area are old in general. He understood our needs quickly and helped us to find the right property. He showed more properties and advised us how to look for hidden problems.
